Customer Rendezvous

2020 Rendezvous
Update: After much discussion, we have decided to reschedule our annual customer rendezvous for later this summer, August 12-16, 2020.

 
For those of you that have already registered for the upcoming event, there's nothing further you need to do at this time. We will work with the hotel & marina to transfer your room and slip reservations accordingly for you, all without penalty.
 
If these new dates do not work for your schedule and you need to cancel, please email Carol Anne Henry at cahenry@scoutboats.com and we can work with you on your refund.
 
We hope to see all of you down in the Florida Keys in mid-August! We're all looking forward to this event, and we know together we will make it another one to remember!

Room rates starting at: $169 per night

Contact Hyatt Place for reservations (800-304-9288 ) and receive our Scout group rate (G-SBR6) or visit them online HERE.

Faro Blanco Marina - Dock Reservation:
SLIP RATES:
$71 a night, or all boats 29' and under.
30' and over = $2.76 a ft.
Power is metered per Kw per HR of usage.
Water, Ice, Pump-Out, and daily Newspaper are provided complimentary.
You will be contacted by a Scout representative to make your slip reservation once your registration is received.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your registration for this event, you must do so at least 7 days before the event (August 5th, 2020) in order to receive you money back. After August 5th, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.

  • There will be a $200 rendezvous fee per person ($100 for children ages 13 and under), includes cocktail party, lunch and dinner.
