In 2001 my son was injured in a diving accident and was told he would never walk again. My son and I have always been avid fisherman and hunters and these are the things as well as family, prayer, and a driving will to recuperate got him back to almost 100% so far.

I had it in my plans to buy another boat as I got closer to retirement but decided I’m not going to wait. I knew what I wanted and was willing to customize a boat for my fishing needs. At a local show I spotted your boats. I’m meticulous about researching any products and I was pleased with all I learned about Scout. There was little customizing required on your 162 model.

I was amazed at how well it performed in rough water. I primarily was going to fish inland bays and rivers with some ocean as weather permitted, but found myself outside almost every trip. The boat has performed very well. After two years we made the move to your Scout 202 with the 150 Honda motor. So far and I could not be more pleased. It gave me the higher level of confidence for continued ocean fishing. I think this site is a good idea and more fisherman can get a feel for how well your boats perform. As I said when I started, I’m pretty meticulous about detail and fishing features and Scout passed my tests.
